CONTEXTE

Benefits of mechanical revascularization add to indispensable medical therapy in stable CAD is still debated. ESC Guideline SCC 2019 consider revascularization on top of medical therapy in case of documented ischemia and significant stenosis. If Several studies demonstrated on improvement of angina’s symptoms and a decrease of myocardial ischemia burden, there is however no significant proof of a significant reduction of MACE as death or MI with PCI or CABG in this situation


OBJECTIFS

The primary aim of the study is to provide a temporal trend of medical alone strategy decided immediately after coronary angiogram.
